Description
EPILitix is a decision-support artificial intelligence system developed for the French Presidency as part of the Health & Innovation program. Its purpose is to optimize the national public health strategy, particularly in the areas of prevention and influenza vaccination, through the intelligent use and analysis of health data.
The EPILitix system processes large datasets from public sources, including vaccination coverage, emergency department activity, SOS Médecins reports, and historical epidemic data. Through this analysis, it is able to anticipate epidemic peaks, identify high-risk areas with insufficient vaccination coverage, simulate the impact of various vaccination strategies, and optimize the allocation of vaccines and healthcare resources on a national scale.
By placing artificial intelligence at the heart of prevention, planning, and public decision-making, EPILitix helps make the healthcare system more responsive, equitable, and efficient.
